They are flexible, articulate, organized, and collaborative—they have a deep understanding of the client’s environment, business rules, and requirements. They know what needs to be done and actively ensure our teams meet or exceed client expectations.
Our ideal candidate will lead requirements and design sessions, utilize Apex, Lightning Web Components, etc. and lead technical project teams. Our team members work within defined project teams to perform the technical implementation and necessary application configuration and development outlined during customer requirements meetings. We want to ensure that our clients feel that “CRM is done right” and that we have provided true benefits to their customer marketing, sales and servicing.
